GDPR

The GDPR strengthens the protection of personal data for all European citizens. It, therefore, concerns the processing (collection, storage, and use) and circulation of data both within the European Union and outside the European Union.

GDPR in a nutshell

Entitled "Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data".The RGPD (Regulation General on Data Protection) was voted in 2016 by the Member States of the European Union. It entered into force for companies on May 25, 2018. It profoundly changes the way in which personal data is processed by companies, regardless of their size and country. In concrete terms, this means that all businesses may be affected. One of the main changes is that it strengthens people's rights. Each European now has rights in relation to their data: right of access, right of rectification, right of limitation of processing, right of erasure, right of portability (Article 15 and following of the GDPR). This means that all of your processing of personal data must comply with the following principles to comply with the GDPR: Lawfulness Loyalty and Transparency Limitation of purposes Minimization of data Accuracy of data Limitation of retention Integrity and confidentiality Responsibility (Accountability) Privacy by designAnd this is where we can help you.
